The Sparta Junction site and its operations are regulated by several federal and state agencies and departments with regard to safety and security.
Specifically, due to the nature of the materials handled at the Sparta Junction, the facility falls under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness with regard to its Critical Infrastructure Protection Program.
Furthermore, the sites perimeter and interior operations are monitored by 24/7 camera surveillance.
Access to the facility is limited to those qualified to be at the premises. There is no unauthorized photography allowed within the facility.
Any intentional acts of intrusion or entrance to the facility will result in the reporting of the act to the appropriate law and security enforcement offices as a suspicious activity which will result in arrest and potential prosecution under the appropriate laws of the state of New Jersey.
