| Eastern Liquids, LLC was formed in 2004 to coordinate and perform the construction of the expanded Sparta Junction LPG terminal. A strategic partnership was reached between Eastern Liquids, LLC, Targa Midstream Services, LP and the New York Susquehanna and Western Railway Corporation for the construction and ongoing operations of the terminal as a strategic and secure propane supply and distribution point. The objective of the terminal was to utilize a “best practices” and “best components” approach to its design, construction and operation for the safest and most efficient transfer and storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Propane). |
